Terms of Service
Last updated: 7 October 2026
These terms govern use of Instant Reporting Engine (“the Service”), operated by Isonic Media. The Service is not sold separately: access is provided to our clients as part of a reporting engagement, and to our own staff.
1. Who may use it
- Accounts are created by Isonic Media. There is no public sign-up, and nobody can give themselves access.
- A login belongs to one person. Sharing it defeats the audit trail on comments and on who read which report, so please ask us for a second login instead.
- You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself.
2. What the Service does
It prepares and delivers periodic performance reports. Figures are taken from the platforms a client has authorised, or entered by our staff, and every report is reviewed by a person before it is published. Written commentary is drafted with the assistance of a language model and then edited and approved by us; we stand behind the published report, not behind any intermediate draft.
3. Accuracy
- Figures are read from third-party platforms. Those platforms restate data, change how they define a metric, and occasionally lose a day. Where we know a figure is affected, we say so in the report.
- A published report is a frozen record of what was known when it was sent. If something later turns out to be wrong, we issue a corrected version rather than quietly editing the one you already have.
- Nothing in a report is a guarantee of future performance, and recommendations are professional opinion rather than advice you are obliged to follow.
4. Your data
You keep ownership of your data and of the content of your reports. We hold it to prepare and deliver those reports, as described in our Privacy Policy, and for no other purpose. You can ask for it back, or for it to be deleted, at any time.
5. Our material
The Service itself — the software, the report design and the layout — remains ours. You are free to read, download, print and forward your own reports to whomever you like.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the Service available but do not promise uninterrupted access. Maintenance, a hosting failure or an outage at one of the platforms we read from can all interrupt it. Your reports are not lost when this happens.
7. Ending access
Either side may end the reporting engagement in line with the agreement between us. When it ends we will, on request, provide copies of your published reports and then delete your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability arising from the Service is limited to the fees paid for the reporting engagement it relates to. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost opportunity, arising from a decision taken on the basis of a report.
9. Changes
If these terms change materially we will update the date above and notify account holders by email.
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Punjab have jurisdiction. Questions to isonicmedia.ai@gmail.com.
